intense feelings .... Jonathan Livingston 
I have the strong feeling that everything we do and we try every day, we increasingly removed from our stubborn quest for inner peace. All this frantic motion unstoppable, bringing distracts us away, like a navigation system gone mad .. It happens to me, as to each of you to have glimmers of lucidity, as we are transported by the events of life. That's one of those moments when our attention is fixed on the target, we feel the essence of life, it happens in an unexpected moment as we watch the miraculous spectacle of nature, or as we look a child playing. That intense feeling ......... I discovered with pleasure that a dear friend unexpectedly following me here in my virtual diary. This post is dedicated to everyone but especially to you Clare, George and Frederick Hug me strong ..
